Returns & Refund Policy

We want every Love Luna customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we aim to provide as much information as possible including product functions, composition information and a detailed size chart. This way, customers can purchase the correct products for their needs.

Please chose sizes and styles carefully and read product descriptions thoroughly. If you are still unsure on a style that is right for you, feel free to contact our customer service team letschat@loveluna.com.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sanitary products due to selection error or change of mind, with the exception of swimwear.

This is because we cannot resell sanitary products that have been handled by customers in any way. Love Luna upholds strict hygiene standards and complies with the Australian Government Department of Health: Therapeutic Goods Administration standards.

We will accept returns for change of mind on all swimwear pieces purchased online directly (via loveluna.com) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products being returned must be;

  • In their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)
  • Intact with original tags/packaging attached
  • Intact with hygiene seal remaining in place
  • Accompanied with completed Return/Exchange form

Unfortunately, we will be unable accept returns if the product/s do not meet the returns criteria.

Please note: returns/exchanges are not available on international orders. All international orders are final sale.

 

Returns Process

You must notify Love Luna of your intention to return or exchange your item/s. Please email letschat@loveluna.com with your completed Return/Exchange form.

If you are wishing to return a product for exchange or refund, you will need to pay for the postage to return it back to us.

Faulty Garments

If for any reason a product is faulty, please contact our customer service team via email at letschat@loveluna.com. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, along with a description of the fault. Where possible please include a photograph showing the fault/issue. One of our customer service team will contact you within 1-3 business days to advise on the next steps.

All refunds are issued to the same tender as original purchase, please allow up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank. 

 

Stockists Purchases

For products purchased via another retailer or stockist, please contact the retailer directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.
