Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on Love Luna products due to hygienic reasons.

Faulty Items

We roll out the red carpet to ensure our Love Luna products are of the highest quality #noleaks. However, if you find a fault with one of our products we are here to assist with a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Simply email one of our friendly team at, within 30 days of purchase so we can resolve any issues. You must receive a return authority number from our customer service team authorising the return of the garment prior to sending. Please note that product accidentally worn swimming at the beach will not be viewed as legitimate reason for a refund #willleak

We recommend that you return the faulty product (and they will need to be returned) via Express Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Love Luna and our subsidiary companies will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your original order number, or receipt as proof of purchase, so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund. Products must be returned with their original packaging. All returns must have a Return Authority (RA) number prior to sending.

Please note, product purchased in store must be returned to store of purchase.
