Front and back bleeders rejoice! Our Bamboo Brief is perfect for overnight, new mums, or Luna Lovers with a heavy flow thanks to its seam to seam coverage. Made from soft, breathable Bamboo/Cotton for maximum comfort - the Bamboo Brief features a high waist and gusset from the front all the way to the back waistband. 

Know your flow: Absorbs 15-20ml (3-4 regular tampons) & can be worn on its own or as a backup. Only you know your flow.

    It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear.  Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees). 

    Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

    Comfy and secure

    Good coverage, don’t ride up or down and do actually fit this larger human.

    Good secure coverage for the padding, not obtrusive or bulky.

    not for small butts

    works but do not buy if you have a small butt. the regular midi fits well so thought would go for the bamboo option but so much extra fabric in the butt area even though all the elastic fits around the leg and waist and fits in the front

    How to care for your lunas. Step 1 rinse in cold water. Step 2 Put in a luna washbag, then throw in with your regular washing, wash on a cold cycle. Step 3 Hang up to dry (no dryer!)
