Know your flow:Absorbs10-15ml(2-3 regular tampons) & can be worn on its own or as a backup. Only you know your flow.

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).

Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

These look and feel great but aren't very comfortable and leak at the seem.

Thank you for taking the time to review. We have thousands of Luna lovers successfully wearing our products solo however we also appreciate this may not work for everyone. Therefore, other Luna lovers prefer to wear their Lunas with additional backup, e.g. a menstrual cup or reusable pad, on days 1, 2 and 3 and then go solo for the rest. Some Luna lovers might wear an additional sanitary item for every day of their cycle. It depends on your flow!

Great product, not my fav style

Works great like all other products but the fit wasn't as good as the standard bikini for me as a size 12-14. I feel like the bikini is more of a midi than this is . Also don't like the chunky seams on the waist and legs.

Run large

I gave these 4 stars because i really like the fabric. But the fit is large, long in the body but not really enough butt coverage. For medium to heavy days they would leak for me as they gape. But they are a bit better after a warm wash and run through the dryer to shrink them.

So comfy!
