Front and back bleeders rejoice! Our Bamboo Brief is perfect for overnight, new mums, or Luna Lovers with a heavy flow thanks to its seam to seam coverage. Made from soft, breathable Bamboo/Cotton for maximum comfort - the Bamboo Brief features a high waist and gusset from the front all the way to the back waistband. 

Know your flow: Absorbs 15-20ml (3-4 regular tampons) & can be worn on its own or as a backup. Only you know your flow.

    It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear.  Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees). 

    Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

    Fantastic but sizing runs large

    These are great a real game changer but picked my size according to the sizing chart and they are a bit big. Probably needed to size down.

    Great for heavy periods

    My 11yr old has rather heavy periods and would leak at night with other pants. These ones she hasn’t leaked with and says they are way more comfortable than the other brand ones she has. Highly recommend . The adult sizes seem to work better for her than the teenage ones. These are the same fit as girls 14-16 underwear.
