Luxe are perfect for back-up protection during your heavier days, or on their own on light to moderate days. Once you go Luxe it’s hard to go back.

Know your flow: Absorbs 15-20ml (3-4 regular tampons) & can be worn on its own or as a backup. Only you know your flow.

It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).

Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

Leakage

I found them pretty comfortable although they leaked out to the edge of the crutch trim and spread to the out layer within 1 hour of wearing them ...and they were the heavy flow ones too

Like a thunder jacket for my uterus

Gives me a feeling of security and holds my lidocaine pain patch in place when I need to wear one. The slight compression is very comforting and relaxes me on super heavy days. Also, the fabric is so soft and has the right amount of stretchy. Love it.

Not the same coverage in front as the non-Luxe period full briefs

These are so soft, fit well and are really beautiful......BUT the absorbent part in the front doesn't come up as high as it does on the non-Luxe undies of the same style, even though the little diagram for absorbency is the same on both. I am a front-bleeder - which I only discovered wasn't common when I started shopping for period undies - so I can't use these at all. The regular full briefs are perfect coverage for me, but not nearly as soft or pretty, so I was really disappointed that these won't work for me. Front-bleeders beware!
